プログラム募集のガイダンスはオンラインで行います．オンライン・ガイダンスへの参加希望の方は登録ページから事前登録をお願いします．

主な日程

  • 申請受付：2023年10月9日（月）〜10月23日(月）16時まで（必着)
  • 書類審査結果発表：2023年10月25日(水）
  • 面接日：2023年10月26日（木）から10月28日（土）
    • この期間中の指定された時間で、30分程度のオンライン面接を予定しています。
  • 選抜結果発表： 2023年10月30日（月）
  • 採用手続き： 2023年11月6日（月）16時まで
  • 卓越 RA の委嘱期間： 2023 年 12月より 2028 年 9月まで

Autumn 2023 Course Application for WINGS-ABC

Applications for this year will only be accepted by postal mail. Please pay attention to the submission method, including the deadline. An opinion letter from the supervisor can also be submitted directly to the Committee by e-mail from the supervisor.

Applications are now open for the 2023 spring-course program students.

Guidance Information

The Call for Program Guidance will be provided online. If you wish to participate in the online guidance, please register in advance at the registration page. The invitation will be sent to the Zoom URL on the day.

Schedule for application

  • Applications accepted: Monday, October 9, 2023 – Monday, October 23, 2023, by 4:00 p.m. (must arrive by this date)
  • Announcement of application screening results: Wednesday, October 25, 2023
  • Interview dates: Thursday, October 26, 2023, to Saturday, October 28, 2023
    • During this period, a 30-minute online interview will be conducted.
  • Announcement of selection results: October 30, 2023 (Monday)
  • Recruitment procedure: Monday, November 6, 2023, by 4:00 p.m.
